For the 7th consecutive year, Cheap Chic Weddings have been holding a ... (drum roll please) TOILET PAPER (TP) wedding dress competition. You heard correctly. To enter this competition, you have to submit a wedding dress design using your original design and using toilet paper as the main material for the dress.  I dare say that some of the designs are pretty awesome. But would you wear a wedding dress made up entirely from toilet paper?
